Don't stop for water!

Riders often ask us what they should be eating and drinking during their Fondo. If your goal is to ride to Whistler as fast as possible, then our advice is to try and start your ride with all the food and hydration you will need for the day. In order to pack enough hydration, try using the larger 750ml water bottles rather than the typical 550ml ones. Some riders will also want to start with a third bottle tucked into their back pocket, just to ensure sufficient fluids!
