I got this bike as my daily driver. I decided to completely switch to Disc brakes this year so I could share wheels between all of my bikes and buy wheels I intend on keeping for years to come. I opted to build my own wheelset to shave off some extra weight but other than that, there hasn’t been a single other thing I have changed on this bike. It is extremely capable out of the box and has helped do anything from winning primes in crits, to a few podium finishes, to a new personal record on the Whistler Fondo (flat included).

The low bottom bracket has helped me feel more confident cornering and descending at any speed. The bike is plenty stiff for me and I like that is blends race bike handling with a slightly less aggressive body position than other bikes I’ve owned. On this bike, I feel equally comfortable sprinting to the line in races or riding for 6+ hours exploring with friends. Most recently, it’s spent the fall and winter on my trainer preparing for more racing in 2019!
