BRC Rides and Training

Performance Philosophy 

Ride with a purpose, strive to improve, passion to learn and have fun with your fellow riders.

Mid-week Training

  • To be led by Paul Moffat and his Velosophy Team
  • Training to be graded according to rider's fitness and skill level level
  • Scheduled for Tuesdays starting in May
  • Meeting location will be UBC / Spanish Banks area
  • Programs to be posted so BRC members can complete on their own if they cannot make group training

Saturday Club Rides

  • To be led by experienced ride leaders
  • Groups to arranged by capability
  • Ride routes and start locations to be announced by the Thursday prior to the ride
  • Duration to range from 3 – 5 hours
  • Meeting places to vary depending on chosen route
  • Aim for all groups to meet up post ride at pre-arranged coffee shop
