BRC Rides and Training
Performance Philosophy
Ride with a purpose, strive to improve, passion to learn and have fun with your fellow riders.
Mid-week Training
- To be led by Paul Moffat and his Velosophy Team
- Training to be graded according to rider's fitness and skill level level
- Scheduled for Tuesdays starting in May
- Meeting location will be UBC / Spanish Banks area
- Programs to be posted so BRC members can complete on their own if they cannot make group training
Saturday Club Rides
- To be led by experienced ride leaders
- Groups to arranged by capability
- Ride routes and start locations to be announced by the Thursday prior to the ride
- Duration to range from 3 – 5 hours
- Meeting places to vary depending on chosen route
- Aim for all groups to meet up post ride at pre-arranged coffee shop
