PayBright payment plans allow customers to break down the cost of a purchase into a series of biweekly or monthly instalments. Customers who purchase with PayBright qualify for the same customer service and return policy as if they used any other payment method.
**All financing is done between PayBright and the customer directly. After purchase, Bicicletta is no longer part of the financing agreement between the customer and PayBright.**
Are there requirements to use PayBright?
Yes, you’ll need:
- A Canadian Visa/Mastercard credit or debit card. Debit card must have the Visa or Mastercard logo
- To be 18+ years old
- To be a resident of Canada
- Your own SMS-capable phone number
How do I sign up?
If your basket is eligible for financing with PayBright, the option will be presented at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you’ll be sent an SMS message to confirm your account. You’ll then set up your repayment method with PayBright and accept the terms of your payment plan.
Which payment methods are accepted?
PayBright currently accepts Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. Debit cards must have the Visa or Mastercard logo. Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.
What if I can’t make a payment?
Please reach out to PayBright’s Customer Experience team and they’ll be happy to look into the options available. You can contact them using their contact form.
Are there late fees?
A late fee will be charged up to $10.00 CAD per payment if funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due.
