There’s nothing worse than a bad bike fit, except maybe an ill-fitting kit. More on that later…

Look, we get it, buying a bike online can be a hassle and we want to make it easy for you. Which is why we guarantee your bike will fit you straight out of the box when you purchase with our Bike Purchase Guarantee (BPG) program.

Here’s how it works:

When you use our BPG program to purchase a new bike, we’ll guarantee total size satisfaction. Or you can return your bike, at no cost, within 30 days of delivery for a complete refund or Bicicletta store credit. If you don’t use our BPG program, you can still return your bike in 15 days for the same refund.

Clean, newly purchased bikes in original condition can be returned within 30 days (with BPG) or 15 days (Without BPG) of delivery for a full refund or Bicicletta store credit.

So when your bike arrives, take a ride around the block on a dry day to get a feel for it. If you’re not vibing, box it back up and send it back to us. No cost.

Bikes will be determined at our discretion to be clean and in original condition will be eligible for a full refund. Bikes must be returned in the original box and/or packaging and in original condition. No rope-a-dopes.

Bikes with any damage beyond normal wear and tear (such as minor nicks, scratches, dirt on the tires, etc.) are not eligible for return. Broke-ass bikes will be returned to you at your cost and your own personal shame.

So before you decide to go for a serious rip, make sure this is the bike for you. Remember - This isn’t Budget Rent A Bike.

Damaged bikes due to negligence or abuse are not eligible for return. Bikes must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
