Upgrade to a new bike effortlessly by selling your current one through Bici's Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program. Our process ensures you get the best value for your bike while making it easy to purchase your next ride.

Step 1: Bring In Your Bike

This program is available to customers purchasing a new bike.

We accept bikes less than 5 years old, priced between $3,000 and $10,000.

Deliver your bike to our Vancouver store for evaluation.

Book Assessment

Step 2: Evaluation and Servicing

Our expert mechanics will assess your bike and bring it up to showroom standards.

Costs for this service will be covered by the sale proceeds or settled upfront if the bike isn't sold.

Step 3: Marketing and Sale

Your bike will be listed on our site and other popular selling platforms.

Bici handles all marketing and sales efforts.

Step 4: Get Paid

Once your bike is sold, you'll receive payment.

Use the proceeds towards your new bike purchase or as cash.

What does CPO stand for?

CPO stands for Certified Pre-Owned. All CPO bikes undergo a rigorous inspection and refresh.

Do you ship CPO bikes?

Yes, CPO bikes can be shipped across the country.

Do I get a warranty with my CPO bike?

CPO bikes come with a 7-day warranty for undisclosed issues and a 90-day crash replacement warranty up to the bike's new value.

Who is responsible for bringing the bike to showroom standards?

Bici's mechanics handle the servicing, with costs covered by the seller upon sale.

Do you accept non-local CPO bike candidates?

No, bikes must be personally delivered to our Vancouver store.

Can I apply the value of my used bike to the invoice of my new bike?

Only if the CPO bike has already been sold.

Do you accept e-bikes?

Not at this time.

What happens when the consignment period expires?

You can extend the listing for an additional 30 days, twice, or settle any outstanding service invoices and retrieve your bike.

Can I pull my bike out of the consignment program?

Yes, after settling any outstanding invoices.

Is my bike eligible for the CPO program?

Bikes priced between $3,000 and $10,000 and less than 5 years old are eligible, subject to our current product offering compatibility.
