At Bici, enjoy free standard shipping within the US on orders over $200*.
Upon completing your order transaction, expect a confirmation email with a provided tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey at each step. How much is shipping?
US Shipping Rates:
- Orders under $200 (before tax): $15
- Orders over $200 (before tax): FREE
- Oversized Items: $40
- Regular Price Bicycles: $195
- Sale/Demo Bikes/Trainer Bikes: $195
*Oversized items include wheels (Under $500), floor pumps, select trainers, rims, work stands, car racks, and various other items.
Please note: Multiple items in each category incur a charge per item.
Delivery Timelines:
- In-stock bikes are fulfilled within 3 business days.
- Trainer bikes are shipped and delivered on a pallet.
- Items shipped from supplier inventory could take up to 10 days to arrive.
How does shipping work?

- Select items are available for US shipping.
- All duties, brokerages, and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items sent to the US are final sale.

How should I ship my return items to Bici?
Ensure items are returned in brand new condition. Avoid affixing labels directly on product packaging. Place the product in a protective shipping box or envelope, affix the provided shipping label, and ship it back to us.
Can I exchange a bike purchased from Bici?
While exchanges are not typical, bikes purchased at full MSRP with consultation from our Rider Support team are eligible for exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Ridden bikes are eligible; damaged and sale bikes are not.
How can I cancel my order with Bici?
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. Reach out to our Rider Support team.
Keep in mind that cancellations may be subject up to a 10% transaction fee.

How Do I Verify My Order Status?
If you placed your order as a guest, consult your email.
If you placed your order with your account:
- Sign in to your account
- Access the Orders/Refunds section
- View ‘order status’
Possible order statuses:
- Paid : Order has been paid
- Partially refunded : Order has had one or more items refunded
- Refunded : Order has been refunded
- Fulfilled : Order has been picked, packed & shipped
- Unfulfilled : Order has not been shipped yet
Where Do I Enter My Discount Code?
On the right side of the checkout page you will see your item(s) followed by a 'Gift card or discount code' section.
Enter your code & click 'Apply.'
Why Doesn’t My Discount Code Work?

How does Bici's Price Protection Policy work?
If you purchase an item on Bicicletta.cc and find a lower price on our website within 14 days, we'll honour the sale price where possible.
The difference in price will be credited back to you as store credit in the form of a gift card.
What conditions must an item meet to be eligible for price protection?
To qualify, the item on sale must be the same make, model, year, size, and colour as the one you purchased.
It must have been bought at full price without any discounts or promotions applied. Please note that bicycles, shipping costs, and labor are not price-protected.
What events or promotions are excluded from Bici's Price Protection Policy?
Flash sales, exclusive brand promotions beyond Bici's control, Black Friday, Boxing Day, and other annual commercial sales events do not qualify for price protection.
Additionally, items adjusted for price are no longer eligible for return.
Can discount codes be retroactively applied for price protection?
No, we cannot retroactively apply discount codes for price protection.
Please ensure all discounts are applied during the initial purchase.
Are there any limitations to Bici's ability to honour sales under the Price Protection Policy?
