Rider Support Associate

Join our team of talented, passionate, and detailed staff who collectively deliver Canada's best Cycling retail experience both locally in Vancouver, across Canada, and the Globe.

We are looking for candidates with retail experience and general bike knowledge, previous experience in the bicycle retail industry is preferred but not a prerequisite. As our company is quickly growing there is a lot of room for growth and development. Our customer support team requires fast-paced multitasking skills, executing a high level of detailed customer service with multiple eCommerce-based platforms for some remote positions and in person at the store level.

Previous experience using Shopify and Lightspeed POS systems is a strong asset. Day-to-day tasks will include assisting with online customer service and sales, in-store customer service and sales, inventory reconciliation between locations, and talking about bikes...a lot.

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and staff are required to face masks at all times while on shift in the physical retail store. Masks mandatory for all customers in-store. All staff must complete a COVID questionnaire and roll call each day for tracking.
