Extended Return Policy

Enjoy a worry-free holiday shopping experience with our extended return policy! All orders placed between November 4 and December 11 are eligible for returns until January 10, 2025. (Conditions apply)

Extended Price Matching

Shop with confidence during Black Friday! If the price of a product decreases on our website, we’ll match it. All orders placed between November 4 and November 25 can request a price match if a lower price is found on our site until December 10, 2024. (Conditions apply)

All returns must be processed online before being shipped. Initiate your return through our return centre.

Step 2: Approval and Shipment

Once your return request is approved, you'll receive instructions on shipping the item back to us.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
