Clothing Size Guide
Achieving the perfect fit for your cycling apparel enhances comfort and performance. Here are three straightforward steps to guide you in selecting the right size.
- Measure Yourself: Take accurate measurements of key areas such as chest, waist, and hips, following the brand's sizing guidelines.
- Consult Sizing Charts: Refer to the specific sizing charts provided by the brand to match your measurements with the appropriate size.
- Consider Fit Preferences: Understand the intended fit of the apparel (e.g., snug or relaxed) and consider personal preferences for comfort and performance
7mesh
How does it fit?
7mesh is different because they design to your dimensions and articulate their gear for an on-the-bike fit. The key to great fitting gear is taking your measurements and using their charts below to guide you. Unsure how to measure effectively?
The three fit types:
1. Skin Fit
Products that blend performance fabrics with highly articulated patterns to create a close-fit that feels like an extension of your body. Skin Fit apparel improves aerodynamics, moisture management and thermal efficiency.
2. Trim Fit
Designed to sit slightly off the body, Trim Fit products provide some room for light layering and feature mechanical (fabric) stretch or elastane, combined with articulated patterns.
3. Relaxed Fit
Perfect for layering or a more laidback vibe, Relaxed Fit products combine articulated patterns with an eased shape that works on or off the bike.

Assos
How does it fit?
ASSOS apparel is carefully designed and constructed to fit best in the riding position. It’s normal for their apparel to be a bit constricting when standing fully upright—but when you move into the riding position, you’ll feel the garment “click” into place and seemingly disappear.
Assos offers a per product size guide on their website which we highly recommend visiting before purchasing.

POC
How does it fit?
POC apparel tends to have a snugger and more form-fitting style compared to regular apparel, leaning towards a compression fit in their road line. The fabric used provides considerable stretch, ensuring flexibility. For their mountain bike apparel, the fit generally aligns with standard sizing.

Rapha
How does it fit?
Rapha clothing typically aligns with standard sizing, so it's advisable to choose your regular size. It's important to note that cycling attire, especially bib shorts and tights, is designed to have a snug fit. While most jackets and gilets offer slightly looser fits to facilitate layering, keeping these considerations in mind ensures an optimal fit for your cycling apparel.
What's the difference between Rapha core and classic?
Classic - Representing the brand's original collection, comfort takes center stage. This line features more relaxed cuts and utilizes materials such as merino wool for a cozy feel.
Core - Termed as essentials for everyday riding by Rapha, these garments seamlessly transition from a commute to a day in the mountains while maintaining optimal comfort.
Helmet Size Guide
Ensuring the right helmet size not only ensures comfort (because, let's face it, an uncomfortable helmet isn't motivating to wear) but also optimizes its functionality to enhance safety in case of an accident. Follow these three simple steps to find the right size for your head.
- Measure your head just above your eyebrows and ears for accurate sizing.
- Use a flexible fabric tape measure; if unavailable, use a piece of string and measure it afterward.
- Check the measurements against the brand's size chart to ensure a snug but not constricting fit for your new helmet.

Five Ten
How do they fit?
We advise ordering half a size larger than your standard shoe size, as over 90% of returns for Five Ten shoes stem from customers finding them too small.
Opt for a size down if you prefer a snug fit, or choose one size up for a more relaxed feel.
fizik
How do they fit?
Fizik bike shoes generally run large compared to other brands. For women, they run large compared to Shimano, requiring a purchase of 1 full size smaller.
When compared to Specialized, the sizes are almost identical for both men and women. In relation to Nike sneakers, Fizik bike shoes run big, and buyers are advised to size down by 0.5 or 1 US size for women and 1.5 or 2 US sizes for men. Fizik does offer options for wide feet, catering to different foot shapes.

SiDI
How do they fit?
SiDI cycling shoes are well known for having a comfortable fit straight out of the box but if they're not right, they're not going to get any better with continued wear.
If you have the right size, you will benefit from a snug fit for optimal power transfer but you'll also have around 5mm of wiggle room in the toe box for comfort over distance.
